I'm a San Diego native from the Point Loma area & love it here although I've also lived for a 10 year stretch in AZ,FL & CT. I worked in the Tuna Fishing industry based here in San Diego for 11 years & got to see quite a lot of Central & South America which gave me a love of travel & other cultures. I enjoy walking my dog, mountain & road biking, Surfing...especially warm water locations, Jazz & live music ...the Chargers & Padres of course, Hiking ..& Bikram Yoga to stay fit. While on the east coast I was in managment at the Home Depot opening new stores & learning a lot about building, remodeling, & landscaping...which proved invaluable later on my own projects..restoring vintage homes. I have now been back in SD selling real estate for 12 years ..with an emphasis on residential & investment properties & specialized knowledge on short sales & REO's & rehab & flips. Nothing pleases me more than being able to help my clients find their 1st home or their 10th investment property with a minimum of hassle & drama. Meanwhile I enjoy all the good things about living in San Diego...with family & friends. ~jMF.
