I've lived in San Diego since 1999, prior to this, the east coast in MA and RI. Joining the world of Real Estate in the early 90's, I have worn many hats in a changing market. It all comes back to Bennion Deville Homes, my home. Certifications include, Relocation Agent, working all of San Diego, Shortsale Specialist and Negotiator, Rental Tour Guide, assisting my lender in first time Homebuyer Programs with the City of San Diego. I work occasionally with Divorce Attorney's and the Court to assist in the process of selling clients homes. I have 4 grown awesome children, all raised in the Poway School District where I was involved in PTA, and giving back to our school community. One of my treasured projects was financing the Tetherball Court at Turtle Back Elementary. A project near to my heart was giving back to the community, assisting in the fund raising efforts of Fire Station 33 in Rancho Bernardo. Together we raised $1 million dollars to build a new fire station. I am a former committee member of The Rancho Bernardo Community Council, now residing in Poway. I love what I do and real estate is my passion, I can't wait to meet you!
