Joshua Krause founded Krause Realty when he saw that the old way of doing business just wasn't serving clients properly. The real estate industry is ever evolving but the agents and brokers weren't. Mr. Krause has experience in both the residential as well as the commercial side of real estate. In addition Mr. Krause is a licensed attorney having had experience on the legal side of real estate transactions. Mr. Krause holds his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California Irvine. Mr. Krause also holds his law degree from Chapman University School of Law where he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence. Mr. Krause went on to receive his masters in taxation at Chapman University School of Law where he received his LL.M. in Taxation. Concurrently, Mr. Krause obtained his M.B.A. from the Argyros School of Business and Economics. Mr. Krause believes deeply that in order to serve a client's needs a real estate professional must not only understand the clients desires and expectations but also have the tools to deliver.
